As a key service or security specialty shop you meet as a service is an important task when you have mastered the milling of replacement keys.
That's why it's bad about each customer that you can not operate because the right blank is not at hand. With the EasyEntrie Milling Machine,
this belongs to the past. Because you can make any blank in no time with the profile milling machine EasyEntrie itself.

Locking System - Self profiles
For locking and locking cylinders with "own profiles" provide the manufacturers usually have no matching blanks.
This is very annoying for the customer if he gets no matching key for the lock cylinder or a very long time to wait.
With the EasyEntrie milling machine, set the matching blank immediately ahead place.

Milling your blanks yourself
With the Milling Machine EasyEntrie V 9.0+, you can create blanks with almost any profile yourself immediately! With 30x30x30 cm, it fits into even the smallest Locksmiths.
Simply EasyEntrie connects to the socket and harnesses the key from the customer. The profile of the key is automatically scanned.
Then clamp a Rohlex without profile and in a few minutes, a matching profile is automatically milled into the Rohlex. Finished is the blank for the customer.
This saves enormous additional storage costs.

Rohlexes are "blank" key blanks. They don´t have a profile or teeth and are the basic workpieces to cut your own key blanks with the EasyEntrie. Depending on what type of key you want to copy, there are 3 different types of Rohlexes:

Keys made of Nickle silver are more stable than keys made of brass. To cut keys made of nickel silver,
it is necessary to have the latest version (V9) of the EasyEntrie.

Safety during Operation
Do not touch the cutter during the cutting process and always keep children away from the machine to avoid
the risk of injury. Keep the plastic door always shut during the cutting process.

Installation
Put EasyEntrie on a table with the power unit next to it. Do not plug in the cable yet! The power supply unit
has to be placed away from any liquids. Please also make sure that the power unit is not right next to the
profile cutting unit so that cuttings can not fall through the chassis slots.

Plugin
Switch the power unit off. Put the small plug in the right socket (24V) on the back of EasyEntrie.
Put the shock-proof plug into a 230V AC socket with earthing (protection contact).
As EasyEntrie is used mostly in Germany, the power supply unit is for 230V AC with this type of plug. Please
use an adapter for your country´s plug and voltage!
NOTE: Should EasyEntrie be unsupervised for a longer period (i.e. overnight), please switch the power
supply unit off.

Preparations
Please only measure original keys.

Important! Do not use a cut key blank to measure the profile.

Remove the key from your customer's bunch of keys.
The key has to be completely separate from everything else, i.e. no key ring, no keyring pendant, and no
recognition cap!
Remove dirt from the original key with a wire brush.
