XD8ASKGL Xhorse for Toyota 8A AKL car with smart key Adapter lost car key for VVDI Key Tool Plus

The new XM38 Toyota car keys require adding a key for all the lost car keys collecting and calculating the data, now you can use VVDI Key Tool Plus to connect to the internet to process the data to generate keys.
This function needs to collect data from the vehicle's ECU, the original OBD 8A adapter can't perform this function, it must be equipped with the new Xhorse 8A smart adapter.

How to connect an Xhorse XD8ASKGL Toyota 8A AKL Adapter with VVDI Key Tool Plus?

Toyota 8A smart key adapter is divided into two parts:
adapter and cables. The 89990 smart authentication module in the new Toyota car keys has two types of sockets, so the connector is divided into TOY-C1 and TOY-C2.

Compared with the car IMMO box (ID code box), the location of the smart authentication module is easier to find and operate.
Don't worry about the complicated process and disassembly when adding the keys.

1. Prepare the Xhorse Toyota 8A adapter, TOY-C1, and TOY-C2.
2. Connect the XD8ASK adapter and TOY-C1 cable.
3. Plug one end of the adapter into the VVDI Key Tool Plus Tablet PC and the other end into the OBD line.
4. Connect the OBD line in the car.
5. Connect the other end of the TOY-C1 cable to the auxiliary smart controller plug.
